Website Design, Development & Hosting

I have been involved in website design and development since 1994. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion. I believe good website design is an artistic expression with a purpose. All websites designed by me are coded with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques in mind to ensure your website gets found by your intended audience/focus group. My designs are "responsive", meaning they will automatically adjust/scale based on the device they are viewed with (Mobile phone, Tablet and PC/Mac).
   If you already have a web hosting account set up, I can work with your current web host. I can also register your domain and host it myself, using my own hosting capabilities (preferred). Domain names (your web address) are very important in SEO and should be planned according to your needs and the marketing/branding you have in place or are trying to implement.
  Basically, I will handle all the setup, design, development and maintenance of your website for you. I am not afraid to burn the midnight oil, so to speak, to get the project(s) done.

Graphic Design

Specializing in internet based graphics, I have a broad range of graphic design skills for both the web and print. Social media profile and cover pictures - made to fit right the first time. I am very capable of preparing and manipulating graphics for a broad range of purposes. Logos, letterhead, posters, certificates, etc. - no problem. Maybe your current logo is degraded due to loss of the original design files and years of photocopying it. I can help with that.

Social Media Design & Planning

Todays social media is a powerful marketing tool if implemented and maintained properly. I focus mainly on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter but I can work with other social media platforms. I will help you develop valuable content for your posts that will keep your audience engaged and interacting with you. The cellphone, the tablet, the laptop and PC/Mac are the "televisions" of today. Be ready to reach your audience on ALL platforms, in a professional manner with valuable content.

PDFs can have hyperlinks in place, as well as, they come with complete page directory/bookmarks capabilities, making your document interactive and easier to navigate than other document file formats. PDFs can also be designed as fillable forms. All the person has to do is fill out the form online and submit it to you or print it themselves.

A staple application of the graphic design industry world-wide. Photoshop is a masterful image design and manipulation tool. Whether your needs be print or internet-based, Photoshop has the programming to deliver top quality images that come optimized for their intended use(s).

I can prepare your audio and video assets for online use. I do not record the audio or video myself, but, if needed, that is possible if it suits your needs. No matter what I choose to do, you can rest assured, I will always produce the highest quality product for you and your needs/goals.

CSS is instrumental in designing responsive, mobile-ready websites. It greatly reduces coding time once properly written. CSS allows for the consistent layout and design of a website, incorporated with the HTML backbone of each web page.

I can work with you to make sure the right information is written with articulation and attention to detail. Well written content can greatly benefit the experience visitors to your website will have and how they perceive the image you are trying to market/brand. Hypertext Markup Language (or HTML) is the backbone of website coding. I started HTML coding in 1994 and have had the pleasure of experiencing, learning and growing with the evolution of web coding from then to now. The current standard for HTML coding is HTML5.

There has been an evolution of SEO methods since the inception of the World Wide Web. I carefully research and employ practices that tie into the design and programming of your website. SEO is very important in today's endless range of websites. SEO, employed properly and tweaked on occasion (as needed) can guarantee you will be able to be found by search engines, of which, Google is the leader.

A properly planned and designed social media launch can greatly increase your intended audience reach. I can handle all settings and graphics required to suit your social media needs and goals. I focus on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but I am currently researching the benefits of other forms of social media that may apply to your intended audience/market.
